What are shipping options?
We ship small items via USPS and large
items via freight carriers.
All items are well-packed and insured.
Do you ship to other countries?
Fossils are legal for import and export in most coutries, so international
shipping is available. We did send mammoth ivory to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada,
China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, India,
Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand,
Norway, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland,
Thailand and Taiwan. We can ship packages to other coutries as well.
For small packages, best shipping option is the postal service
(Priority Mail or EMS), while large fossils can go via air freight or ocean freight.
How do you pack fossils?
To protect large fragile fossils, we use
Instapak foam that fills
a whole crate. Such packaging is safe even for the most fragile
items. Crates are made from durable plywood, which can be shipped internationally.
What are payment options?
The simpliest payment method is PayPal,
which works in many countries and
offers buyer protection. If you don't have access to PayPal or
if you simply don't like it, then the following options are available:
personal check, cashier's check, money order in US, Canadian and Eropean currencies,
bank wire transfer in US dollars and yandex-dengi in Russian rubles.
Credit cards are accepted through PayPal.
Are returns accepted?
Any item may be returned for a full refund within a week of receipt.
Do you have blue mammoth ivory?
Blue bark ivory is not always available.
If it is not on the website, then we don't have it in stock.
